Life is Sometime's Way to Short

Pondering this day I think about our forever family and what a blessing that is. Today my cousin's baby passed away at only 1.5 pounds and 1 day old. I think of the future for her and the rememberance of her sweet little boy. Knowing that we all have a plan and we don't always know why bad things happen, but our Heavenly Father loves us and knows us. He has certain trials for each of us and we can only learn and grow for the better from them. As I try to think positive from this experience I am still saddened for her and her family and I ask that we all keep her in our prayers.
Cherish each day and don't let anger come between families. We only have one, let us always stay close and make eactother feel loved!! I love you all , Abby

Family

As today is September 11 and a very sad day to remember, I am so grateful for my sweet family. I listened to the radio on my way to take Jaxson to preschool and cried as I listened to Proud to be an American. I am so grateful for our freedom in this country and for my own choices I have to make. I am so grateful for those service people and families who were there 6 years ago to make a difference. I am in awe how so many lives changed in a few short minutes. I hurt for those who took life for granted, much like I do some days. I am grateful to have a forever family, and have the knowledge of our gospel. I have cherished today with my children and called my husband several times just to say hello. Life is so short and precious and I look back to a year ago with these pictures and how they have changed. I am so proud to be a mom and I hope I can be better daily and teach them as much as possible. Just keep in mind today and don't forget to tell your loved ones how much you really do love and care about them. Tragedy can sometimes bring us back to what really is important and what we can truly live without!!

The Great Outdoors

Adam went out for the opening of dove season. He and his brother caught their limit as you can see. He has been quite the outdoorsman these days. He and Jaxson went on a camping trip last weekend and took the boat of course. Jaxson had to go poop and went be the camper in the woods, but I guess not very far from camp. His uncle found him and he still had a suprise on his leg!! Later Uncle Aaron went in the camper and still smelled poop, he walked around and around and realized it was on his shoe, and now it was all over the camper. He cleaned that up and still smelled it later when they launched the boat, he had stepped in it again!!! It was an over all _____ y day at that!! They had a great time anyway

Beautiful Bride

These are just a few pics of my sweet cousins wedding. Mya was a flower girl and got her dance on the whole night. She loved throwing the flowers in the handful, and had to pick them up after they were on the ground. I guess she learns well from her mom on how to clean up!!
Nina was a beautiful bride!! She was a princess with her hair and nails done. What a dress it suited her perfect

and what a lucky guy Jay was to catch her. I was fortunate enough to be there and spend a few precios days with her before the big day. I pondered on my own wedding day and her being there. I am truely grateful for her and the great friendship and love we share even though we are miles apart. I love her and wish her the world and happiest future.

READING

I aslo forgot to tell anyone and everyone of the two books I have read in the past 2 weeks. Twilight and the sequel, and the third one came out on Saturday. I am hooked and thought I wouldn't be, but it is a weird fiction book/love story with a vampire. Great read let me know what you think!!!

Summer Sibling Fun

They sure love each other!!!!! Jaxson and Mya have been having a great week together and love to chase and tickle. They are concerned when the other gets into trouble or hurt and seem to care. A parents dream I hope it never changes.

Adam has still been boating quite a bit lately with a couple of mishaps. Locking the keys in the car last weekend with the car running, and the week before having two flat tires. This resulted in a trip to Walmart, but the tire area didn't open until 7am and it was 4am. What a long wait!!! Jaxson had his first outing with the key incident and thought it was great. He went in the water and helped reel in a fish for his dad. This will definitely become a great hobby a special time for dad and son.

Life is good and we are reminded everyday of all the many blessings we have. We are grateful to have so many great people to love and support us and also the gospel in our life.
