Love Boys!!!!

Jaxson has been so funny these days and I needed to write down a few.

First off he watches Disney channel and there is a lot of infomercials on there who knows why. Well the other day at Bobba's he quoted one of them,"the space saver bags, keeps out dirt, lint, and bugs". Then he tells me later that we needs some because we have lots of stuff.

He has also been saying "Actually mom", and "Seriously" and "Tell me about it". I don't know where he gets it but I am assuming the influence of the kids at school. He also told me a kid at school said "sucks" yesterday. I asked he what was his response and he said he told the teacher and she said we throw those words in the trash. I pray everyday he will be a good example, hopefully not the tattle tail, but he says " I am still on green light I am being a good listener, but if we talk during story time then our teach is going to move us." What a threat!!!! I remember those good ol days and hope he continues to be a little afraid.

Love this boy and I don't know what I would do without him he is a joy in my life that could never be replaced.

I love Him I Do!!!

I always loved Jerry McGuire and I agree with her, however with my husband. I appreciate all he does, and his hard work to provide for our family. I am also amazed at the great father he is. I had to work yesterday and the kids have fun, relaxing days when dad is home. They wrestle or "battle" as Jaxson would say and the house usually stays in one piece.
I am grateful to see our little family learn and grow together. Now that we will soon have a third little spirit in our home it brings back great memories of Jaxson and Mya and the sweet babies they were and how their dad could calm them down in his own way. How he took them in his arms when they were born and was so amazed that their spirits were so strong. I love seeing him in this role and am grateful for the good example he is and will continue to be. Love ya Babe!

Pump it Up and Pizza

Well we had a great and eventful week with our El Paso cousins in town. We were on the go from day one it was Kennedi's 6th birthday and we had a bash at PPP with cake and homemade ice cream thanks to Aunt Stephanie. She got lots of fun new clothes and toys. All the kids got lots of tokens and played tons of games with prizes for all at he end of the night.
We also had a jump of fun at Pump it up another day. All the kids loved the big slide and Peyton and MacKay mastered it before it was time to go. It was so funny to see them and Mya, their little bodies fly down that big thing. It was also a feat to see them climb up and although they held up the line a bit they made it and were so proud of their accomplishments.
We love our cousins and are grateful for the close relationships we have. We enjoyed having all the girls here and missed Brekin a lot!!!! Thanks for all the fun times and memories see you in a few weeks!!!!

Cookies???

This should be our new past time!!! They love it and want to do it for every FHE now. Jaxson always compares it making Christmas cookies and so we cut out angels and stars. I guess I better get some different cut outs. Mya was obsessed with the rolling out the dough, maybe she will be a chef???? I love when activities work out without fighting and the end result was delicious!!!!

Wizard of OZ

What a fun time we had at the Az Broadway Theater. We went with all the cousins for a special play and we got to be big and sit at our own table. It was super fun and very interactive for all of the kids. They were asked to stand up and pretend to be trees to hide Dorthey from the wicked witch. They also liked the part to keep telling the tin man to stop crying or he will rust. It was the perfect amount of time and a cool getaway from the hot weather. I think it is going on for 2 more weeks check it out.

Sad Sad Day

Well I am still an emotional mess!!! I dropped Jaxson off at Kindergarten Early Start today to get him ready for the first day as well as his mom. I kept it together while he could see me, as I got into the car I was a crying disaster. To see your little boy walk into the big school, and sit in his big chair, all ears to his teacher, but still a stranger to him and I. No one loves or cares for your babies like you do and I could only think how this was the real beginning of his free agency. Hopefully I have taught him well and he will come to me with questions, or naughty words he might learn(yikes)!!! I pray that he will be an example and learn a lot. What a day!!!

So funny!!!

This girl is quite the character!!! She has the funniest faces and the biggest attitude of any two year old I know. She know what she wants and will attempt to do everything by herself before she has a fit.
Clothes are her biggest love at this time and she changes 20 times a day. When she gets up in the morning her first stop is the closet to put on ensemble number one. She then comes right in my face and asks for cereal. Usually startled I jump to assist her.
She started swim lessons this week and has done great. She goes off the diving board and swims to the side. She looks forward to her Popsicles at the end and I continually remind her of it during the lesson to keep her motivated. Today she was getting walked around the pool and "falling in" with the teachers help, however she didn't want anymore so she started sitting down to resist. It didn't work very well and she was still escorted around the pool. She is a funny one, and actually threw up powdered doughnuts on her dad today due to the large pool water intake.
I will post some action shots later to show you proof of the swimming star!!

The Kindergarten Kid

Well here he is the big man who graduated preschool. It was a sad and exciting day for me, what a milestone and how much he has grown up over the last year. Here he is with his friends MacKey and Blake. His teacher was great and he will always have memories of her and the special things they did.
Now we are getting ready to go to Ms. Connelly's class and be at school from 8-3. I don't know how I will do with my baby gone all day long. I am sure tears will be shed that day and Adam will need to console his hormonal wife.
Jaxson is the sweetest little guy and he has been saying the funniest things lately,"seriously" is just one. It is always at a perfect time and makes me laugh so much. I love this kid and will miss him all day he is away!!!
