Today I am grateful for lazy days of curling up in the middle of the day to watch a movie with my man!

I am grateful for the smell and beauty of a fresh Christmas tree decorated by my sweet kids.

I am grateful for the light in their eyes and they were so happy decorating for Christmas and stating,"Jesus birthday it a cool day!"

Well this pic is a bit old but it reminded me of the fun times as siblings. I am so grateful that my kids have each other to play with and talk too.

Tonight to conversation went like this

Mya "Gaxson was bein nice to me tuday"
Jax " Yeah I was nice but Whitney was really bad at church and Dad had to take her out 2 times and I sat still and was so good"
Mya " Yeah I waz good and not hit or cry for you"

Next it was time to pray and Jax says" Bless us to sleep good, and thank you for church today and help Mya to get Satisfactory at school"

I was trying no to laugh and smiled and took a moment to remember the love I have for these kids of mine!

Thankful for a great cousin and sweet little boy who came to visit. Mya has been so sad since they left and asked today after school if we were going to pick them up at the airport. She was really dissapointed when I told her no we weren't.

Well this little gal has grown up a lot! She is quite a fan of getting her picture taken.

She also can give a dirty look without even trying! I wonder where she gets that????

Remembering good friends who we miss a lot. Havin a play date.

Sportin a beanie and no shirt. Lately she has been a girl who doesn't like pants and has learned some lessons of modesty.

You have come a long way from where you were. You are speaking so good now and we cannot keep you quiet. You have a few word that make us smile. "Gog", "Gaxson", "Gaterader", "Pader", "Fider", "Cocate milk".

You are so sweet and we love you lots! You also like Dora, writing and cutting and coloring "pader", you love to listen to music and dance all day. You love you brother and sister, and are quite a repeater. You love to say to your dolls "You wanna go to time out". I hope you have a great day and know that our family is great because of you!

The festive family I love Halloween and hate it too! It is a ton of work for the more kids you have and I end up trowing lots of the candy away too! It is still fun and I love the excitement in the kids faces!My little ghouls!

The first dress up night Mya wanted paint on her face so she was a clown. The paint was only on for about 5 minutes because it was "Itsy". Oh well she looks a little scary seeing her now kinda like IT!


Happy Halloween Till next year! I went to show the clearance and found a red riding hood costume for $4.00. Whit will be so cute next year!

I am so thankful for Saturdays and the time we get to spend as a family having fun!~ Today we woke up went and got doughnuts for the kids and went to a few garage sales and Ad got a go-cart to fix up. Great day with the fam!

Hair mis-hap

Yes I have heard that every little girl does this and I thought to myself not mine. Well it happened and one sweet little girl snuck out of bed and went to mom and dad's bathroom and on the highest shelf found the hair cutting scissors.

Apparently she cut and cut and came to tell me"I pwitty". Well yes now it is a bit butch in the front.

We will all recover, but now this is how she looks and still is my little sweetie who I cannot be upset with very long.

And this is how she feels about me when I am upset with her. She is a pistol and I love her so much!

Jungle Safari

We had quite the fab party. Jaxson was so excited and shared a special day with friends and family.

A great jungle/ice age cake!!!!!!

All aboard to the jungle safari and it was the most exciting! The kids all had to find all the animals on their sheet and they even got some gummy worms for a snack .

Well November has begun, but I wanted to be thankful all month so the first 3 are......


I am so thankful for music and the great happiness that fills my heart when I hear a good song.


I am thankful for teachers and the hard work they do to find cool things to make learning fun!


I am thankful for a washing machine and dryer to assist with the many mounds of clothes to wash on my floor at this time!
