Chicken skin

Yes that is what Jaxson said he had today. Day 3 of spring break and we went with our good friends for some splash park time. It was a bit cold and that is what Jaxson said, Mom I have chicken skin(goosebumps). He had a great time with Jaren and Jace and Mya playing star wars, riding bikes, and running around. What a beautiful day and great company. We ate a picnic and ended the day quite abruptly with Mya falling on the slide and biting into her lip making 2 big teeth marks in her lip with lots of blood on her new white shirt. Too good to be true with a white shirt right. What a fun day!!!! This pic was from last year, but still fun times!

6 months

This gal is 6 months today and what a sweetie! I love how social and happy she is around people, however not so much when left alone! We are working on that one. She had some cereal on Saturday and gaged with every bite. Also of spitting out and a big messy face and hands. We will try again soon! She is almost sitting up alone and still hates being on her tummy. We go to the doctor next week. More shots and stats to come!

Love me a break!

Yes it is the first day a break and that it was. Jaxson had a sleepover at Bobba's and so this morning the girls and I just chilled! I love to have no one to take or pick up, or appointments to attend. We finally got ready and met up with bobba and J. They had quite the fun date. They took Happy meals to his cousin for lunch because it was her big birthday #6. Then they went and got some wheels for his new heely's.(which he isn't so sure he should of got! A few falls flat on the back- Yikes) Then they went next door to PPP to play some games and spend some tickets. Then they met up with us at Rubio's. As I am eating my delicious salad and Mya behaving so nicely I hear this rather loud TOOT. Yes it was my son and the accomplice Bobba. They had purchased a Whoopee cushion!!!! Every one's heads turned and he thought he was hilarious. It was pretty funny but I was a bit embarrassed in the public atmosphere. They we went off to the store to finally finish our soon to be 6 month old's room. After some serious shopping and a rather large bill we were off to have a special treat. Juju berri anyone??????? It really is awesome and It was my first experience. My sister has a visit there 1-2 times per week. Thank heavens it isn't closer or it may be my downfall for a forever sweet tooth. After that we said our goodbye's and thank yous for such a great day with our Bobba.
I am so grateful for her and the way she loves all of her grand kids so much. I am grateful she has the opportunity to spend special time with each of them.. Jaxson felt so special and he loves you lots. What a great start to a fun filled week!~

No PJ's

Well that is what Jaxson thinks everyone should do. Not naked people!!!! He was chatting in the car tonight how he has a great idea, "I should just get out of the bath and put my clothes on including socks for tomorrow. Then when I wake up I just have to brush my teeth, do my inhalers if I'm coughing a lot, and put on my shoes and I'm all set! I said that sound's great if he is still nice and comfy!! He said yeah sometimes those pants are kinda itchy! Don't want itchy pants buddy! Love his bright idea's.
At school today he brought home a project for spring break. We have to make a Leprechaun trap and he is soooooo excited, tonight we bought Lucky Charms and a glitter green hat to entice the little guy to come to our trap! Hope it works.

9 years!!

It is our 9 year anniversary and I am such a lucky woman to have this guy. We have been through a lot a I love him more because of it. Some things that the years have brought are

*5 moves

*3 kids

*building our house together(what a marriage strainer!!)

*trips together-Sedona, Flagstaff, El Paso, California, Tahoe, Colorado, Michigan

*A boat and many of fishing excursions, usually with some excitement- and 7 pound mounted fish

*Arguments-(the fish hung in the living room) only brought us closer and gave us a good laugh

*5 cars later

*both finished school and have degree's

*new friends, old friends, growing families, and lots of memories!

The list could go on and on but there is 9 for nine wonderful, happy, tearful at times, trying, and great years together. Lots of learning and giving goes into making it a great journey. Here's to another 59 at least! Love ya Babe!!!

Spring training

Well it is hot enough to be summer here in AZ. We went to a baseball game last week with some friends and their mom's and got baked- well from the sun!!!

The kids had a great time and rolled in the grass and played with their friends while the mom's had some snacks and chatted. It was a fun filled day for all and a perfect reason to get out of school early!

Matching!!!

Ever since having kuds and seeing other's with their kids matching I loved it!!! So my sweet sister got these adorable outfits for Mya's birthday and we went to get pictures taken. I even made matching bows. They looked so cute and I can't wait to get them this week. Love the pretty curls in Mya's hair finally!!
