First day back!

So today I have a big 1st grader. I am so proud of my handsome guy and I have not shed a tear until now! He has grown and learned so much and now he is off to big kid land.

No more babying and easy breaks. Lots of homework and no little kindergartner.

His sisters will miss him lots while he is away and sadly I already miss "What are we doing today mom?" Only 5 hours and he will be back home, I hope he has a fun first day!

Jaxson was standing up in his bed already dressed first thing in the morning and I asked wow you are already to go? He then said"Stright up mom! I got up awhile ago but it was still to early so I went back to bed.!"

she lost his library book and he was having a meltdown. We did fing it 2 weeks later in her desk however we already paid for it.
